The Challenge
How to turn a IoT and Artificial intelligence solution into something simple for Agriculture professionals magage?
Telesense is a well known Silicon Valley’s AgTech startup. They had a fantastic solution from the engineering point of view. But is was too complex for users understand, engage, and trust.
They reached us to help redesign the entire solution, from Information Architecture to UI Design.
UX Research
We dove into UX research to understand user’s needs, and identify competitors’ strengths and weaknesses across the globe.
User friendly
The dashboard needed to be easy to follow and understand.
Instead of using tables, cards turned interactions more friendly and effective.
Filters and color schemes were used to promote an intuitive navigation.
Results
- Designing a friendly first setup experience decreased customers’ churn.
- The product received a cutting-edge design and became more robust and consistent.
- With a new Design System, we Increased Customers’ and Investors’ perception, collaborating with a high valuation for the next investment series.
